• Once a bet is confirmed, you can't change or cancel it, unless JILINO1 gives you a "Cash Out" option.
• Live betting odds adjust in real time. The odds shown at the exact moment of confirmation are the final ones.
• If a match gets cancelled or postponed, your stake for that bet is typically refunded, but specific event rules may still apply.
• If a bet fails to process because of a technical glitch, JILINO1 may void that bet at its discretion.
• Bets won't go through if your account doesn't have enough balance.
• Placing bets on several outcomes of the same match to secure a guaranteed profit, also known as arbitrage betting, is completely banned.

JILINO1 keeps an eye on all unusual betting patterns and may look into any suspicious activity. Accounts could be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

• Withdrawals are only allowed through the same payment method and under the same account name that was used for the original deposit.
• Before you can process your first withdrawal on JILINO1, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification first.
• The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₱500 per transaction. Your daily withdrawal limit will depend on your account level.
• Withdrawal requests that look unusual may be flagged for review as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.

• Exploiting technical flaws or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating or managing an account on behalf of a minor or anyone below 21 years old.
• Harassing other members or taking part in harmful behavior toward other players.
• Pretending to be a JILINO1 employee or providing false details about your identity is not allowed.

Your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended by JILINO1 when any of the following situations apply:

• Breaking any rule or condition listed in these Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC checks turn up false or incomplete details in your registration or records.
• If your account stays inactive for a long stretch, specifically over 12 months without any login activity.
• If a court or other legal authority orders us to suspend or close the account.
• If you personally ask for it, such as through a self-exclusion request.

In most cases, JILINO1 will let you know ahead of time if your account is going to be closed, usually through an email or SMS. That said, if the violation is serious, we may act right away without sending any prior warning.
